About

I am deeply humbled by my work, and feel grateful to witness the amazement, beauty, and resilience of the human spirit.    

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner in Training, and an Intuitive Healer with over 20 years of experience. In 2016, I completed Wendy De Rosa’s Intuitive Healer Training Program to dive deeper into my own healing and to broaden the types of support I can offer to others. In October 2019, I completed my first of a three year training in Somatic Experiencing® to deepen my understanding of trauma and to support body centered healing. 

On a personal note, I am passionate about dance, yoga, travel, cooking, spiritual growth, and a good laugh! I gratefully celebrate living in Marin County with my husband, our spirited daughter, and our two furry felines.
